Giving Back

It’s no secret that Rob Lieberman is an avid promoter of Montclair State. Heralding the University for years, the advertising and marketing executive is deeply vested in promoting students’ education.

Rob is a proud Montclair resident who is passionate about supporting students in their quest to achieve their dreams at Montclair State University. Rob founded his company, All-Ways Advertising, more than 50 years ago and loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with the many interns he has mentored.

On August 23, 2021, the Executive Director of the Montclair State Foundation Board, Colleen Coppla, opened the Robert Jay Lieberman Club Room in recognition of his dedication, generosity and commitment to education. The room that now bears his name is located in the School of Business.

All-Ways Advertising donated Ogio backpacks to interns at Toni’s Kitchen food pantry in Montclair.

Robert Liberman, President of All-Ways Advertising, presented a donation to Anne Mernin, Executive Director of Toni’s Kitchen, to provide support during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, All-Ways has offered Toni’s Kitchen with the opportunity to access their Hillside space to store dry food inventory and has provided them with 100 bags celebrating the 50th anniversary of All-Ways.

Bounce is a playful, town-wide exploration of ways to brighten our days and strengthen our spirits. Toni’s Kitchen partners closely with local institutions including the Bloomfield Public Library, preschools, and aftercare programs to ensure that children have fresh, healthy food reliably available.  All-Ways Advertising President, Robert Lieberman, took note of this work and recently stepped in to help expand the number of families reached in Bloomfield.

Films have engaged, educated and inspired for more than a century. Following a long standing tradition of encouraging academic and artistic pursuits, All-Ways Advertising proudly supports the Montclair Film education scholarship fund. Montclair Film serves as a creative laboratory for schools and the community; encouraging students to find their creative voices, showcase their talents, develop skills and access instructors and mentors. The scholarship fund assists students who participate in year-round programs including a spring festival, junior jury and behind the screen master classes.
